It's in great condition unfortunately I don't have the lamp shade. I have no idea what year it was made. The red bulb inside the fireplace you have to screw the actual bulb to turn it on and off. There's no switch. It looks like it has original cord which is in very good condition. There is a switch tho to turn on the actual lamp it's self. Awesome peice for that cabin feel. No flaws and is pretty light weight wise. Please look at pictures carefully and you won't be disappointed with this purchase!
