All items are sent tracked with Royal Mail ,recorded or special delivery or Parcel force 24.

When items are sent through these services,it is then out of our control,tracking numbers are sent to the buyer,1st class recorded can be next day,or as long as 2 weeks,but not often but it has happened. If the item has not arrived in a week ,please contact us and we will chase it up,with the delivery company .

We take great care in packaging all items sent out,however sometimes items get damaged in transit which is beyond our control,in this event contact us straight away and we will ,send replacement when item returned ,or issue a refund when returned .
