Vintage Russell Jennings set of 13 double twist Super Premium Auger bits for Brace. screw points are fine, condition is very good.

This 13 piece complete set are all Premium Russell Jennings brand auger bits with the exception of the number 7 The number is a Jennings Pattern though I cant make out the brand.

Sizes included are number 4 through 16 or 1/4” all the way to 1 inch in diameter.

The original 3 tier hardwood box is in pretty good condition for it’s age. The catch latches are all correct and they work. The underside of the top tier has the earlier “ prior to the company being sold to Stanley” Black Label is great condition.

I am in upstate South Carolina. I have recently retired. One of my hobbies has been woodworking, but never had the time to do it as well as would like. A few years ago I became passionate about using vintage hand tools vs. battery or electric powered whenever it made sense to do so. Today my passion still thrives and I enjoy properly oiling/waxing, cleaning or refurbishing, if needed those same vintage woodworking tools.

 My goal is to place as many of these high quality, made in the USA vintage hand tools back into the hands of today’s craftsmen. I would never “part out” a good tool just for the proceeds. If the tool I have acquired is serviceable I will put it into as good of condition it can be and sell to friends or on eBay.
