We require immediate payment for all items, and orders are processed once payment clears.

All products include free Tracked 48 shipping with Royal Mail. Orders accepted prior to 2pm will be dispatched same day, Monday to Friday. Items ordered after 2pm Friday will get despatched by Monday, although some items do get despatched on Saturday where possible.
Tracked 24 and Special Delivery are available as upgrades, and will get prioritised for same-day dispatch at all times.

We have a 30 day no-quibble returns policy if you change your mind. Simply complete the return request on eBay, choose and pay for your postage and post the package back to us. All items returned in their original packaging and in an excellent and unused condition, will be refunded in full and not subjected to a restocking fee.
