The years and states range, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee down to Tampa Florida...All are considered used, but not all have been...All artwork is in like new condition with some mint...There might be marks etc but nothing that would ruin the collection on each cup/mug...Some have dust on them from just sitting over the decades...Overall a very nice collection to any Hot Rod fan
