PLEASE NOTE:  If you are an international customer purchasing this item to have it sent to a 3rd party service in the United States to have it sent overseas, I am unable to offer refunds if the tracking information says the package was successfully delivered to the shipping address in the US.  I have had a number of customers recently who use these services claim their packages were never delivered even though the tracking number indicated it was successfully delivered to the address in the US.  Due to the nature of how these services re-ship packages, I cannot provide support or refunds once the tracking number indicates it was successfully delivered to the US address that is provided when payment is made.
