Attached to a steel chain with oval brass tag
Tag stamped on one side:
' F. Wade 57 Sparsholt Rd London '

A quick check using Google and old maps shows the address was a Victorian terraced house
This end of the street was demolished in 1949 for the building of Crouch Hall Court
