This is in great condition with minimal play wear.  It takes 3 AAA batteries, which will not be included.  I have tested this and although the mouth lights up when the ears are pushed down, I couldn't figure out how to get it to breathe steam. 

There is an area on the back of the dragon that has a capped reservoir that you can put drops of water.  Pulling the ears down opens the  jaws, lights up and is suppose to expell steam.

This is large.  The length is approximately 22" long.
