I’m no Expert so if you have any concerns or questions please ask and I will try to answer them the best I can.

Please Note: USPS is experiencing significant delays in meeting delivery dates. This is no fault of mine and I have zero control over any lost / missing or delayed packages. I will try and help locate any missing items by filing applicable claims. I cannot file a lost mail claim until 21 days after original shipment date but can submit a missing mail search after 3 days past delivery date – USPS policy.

Shipping Notes:  All Items Will Ship via USPS (Priority, First-Class or Media Mail) or UPS Ground within 2 Days of cleared payment. I have access to all USPS Priority boxes, including Flat Rate and Regional. I will always try to use the box that is less costly for the customer. Please understand that all carriers as of (June 23, 2019) will be using Dimensional Weight for calculating shipping costs. My goal is to not have to charge any extra when this change is implemented, by using the smallest and most efficient box, including Flat Rate. Sometimes on certain items this will come into effect and I will note the auction, at the bottom that Dim weight is applicable. USPS Formula will be LxWxH/166 for any box that is larger than 12x12x12 or 1728 cubic inches. UPS may save you on shipping larger items that are bulky, I have special rates for that type of class.

Shipping Charges vary by location and are calculated by the system generator based off my initial package dimensions and weights unless Free Shipping is Stated within the Auction.

All Cards will be shipped in Hard Plastics / Top Loaders or Applicable Plastic Cases. Then Wrapped between (2) pieces of cardboard and then inside a 7 x 5 Bubble Mailer.

Larger Items that need to Ship inside Boxes will be Secured with Applicable Packing Materials, IE Paper/Bubble Wrap/Plastics, or Foam.  I have access to UPS Ground for larger packages and can give you a rate quote upon request.  I will always Combine Shipping, so please wait for an Invoice with multiple items before paying.

Handling / Insurance: All Items are shipped Insured and covered by the Handling Fee of $2.00, This Protects You the Buyer and Myself for any Freight Loss or Damage and Covers any Materials that I may need for Shipping. Handling / Insurance fee is waived on Free Shipping purchases.

If for any reason the estimated shipping cost is more than the actual cost plus $2.00 Handling Fee / Insurance Coverage, I will refund the difference to your account. This will show up in your account as: Refund of Over-Estimated Shipping Charges.  Please understand the shipping charges you see are E-Bay Estimations and Actual charges may be Less! With the New Shipping Rates that have gone into effect (along with E-Bay stealing 10% of the shipping cost) your refunds may be smaller and fewer between. I will always try my best to keep your rates as low as possible.

Payment: I Understand things happen but please try to pay within 3 Days of Auction Ending. If there are any Issues, please contact me, I am Reasonable... If I do not hear from you after 3 Days after auction ends and you did not answer my emails, I will cancel the order and relist the item. (Do not worry I never leave bad feedback)

Refunds: Guidelines are now making things more difficult for sellers, especially allowing Returns. Nobody should need 30 days to play with, break or change their mind with any item. With that said, I apologize but my return policy will be for exceptions only, IE Damaged in Transit / Description Errors. Any items that incur shipping damage will be filed accordingly with the freight carrier and refunds will be issued once the claim is processed. Any defective or possible misrepresented item(s) will be refunded or partially refunded instantly upon buyer and seller agreement. I try my best to describe as much as I can with every item but sometimes, I may miss something. This is not intentional more of a lack of knowledge on certain items. Along with New stuff, I do sell Vintage Collectible; Pre-Owned Items and some age-related wearing is to be expected.

The claim process is for Refund Requests of broken or damaged items only, that may occur in transit. The total process may take up to a week to show in your account. I do not control the shipping carriers damage claim time frames. I thank you in advance for understanding this process. You will get your Money back on all Claims for handling damage occurred in transit, I file claims to protect myself.

Please try to contact me within a few days after receiving your item, if possible. I want to correct any issues or concerns immediately. I will always try to work something out with the customer, either a partial or complete refund. Of course, complete refunds will require the buyer to send back the item(s).   At times this option may not be cost effective and other options are available, so please reach out to me ASAP.

International Shipping:  I can accommodate most International Requests, but shipping prices will vary, and the Buyer will be responsible for any Duties or Taxes imposed by your Country. I default to the E-Bay Global Shipping Program, but you (the buyer) are not obligated to stay with that program, I can opt out of it and use standard methods. If you would like standard shipping methods outside of the Global Program, just ask for a rate quote and total request after purchasing. I will send an updated invoice.

Please understand the Global Shipping HUB, has and will open packages for inspection if they feel an item may be restricted to your country. If this happens, it is not my fault and Global keeps the item and refunds your purchase amount, I am sorry this happens and urge the buyer to fully understand your countries restrictions on certain items. I do not get the item back; they keep it and re-sell it domestically. So, if you are bidding on something that may be considered as restricted, please ask for a rate quote without the Global Shipping Program. I have also seen instances where they kept items that are not restricted so its buyer beware…

Please contact me before paying or wait for the Invoice so I can give an accurate shipping price. I will offer USPS Priority International or USPS First Class International if the item meets the Weight Criteria.
