This pair of antique Porcelain German Nodder figurines stand about 6 1/2" tall and measure 5" - 5 1/4" across at the widest. 3 of the wooden counter-weights for the hands are missing.  The pair are in very good condition.  Bisque appears perfect. There was a string threaded from the neck through the left hands of each possibly to make head and hand nod together?  I placed a wire through both but have not replaced the wood counter weights. One weight remains so you can see how they work.  Date of Manufacture: 1890-1900 Most references think they represent Chinese figures - Blue eyed Chinese.
