Very good vintage condition. No major stains or flaws noted. Possibly handmade. Allover yellowing. Rick rac trim. Faux front buttons with bow. Non elastic. Button back. No tags but feels like a cotton/poly blend. Looks to fit a modern 2/3/4 toddler. Please see photos for details and measurements.
