The vintage Soviet wristwatch Vostok Scuba Dude was customized with a new dial and bezel - the top value on the bezel was replaced with an orange dot.  The clock hands were kept original and were also customized in orange.  The watch bezel practically does not rotate.  There are scratches on the glass and case, there are abrasions on the crown - but it is preserved because  original.  Everything corresponds to the photo and video.
