With this set of prints you will construct a top quality FULLY ADJUSTABLE Welding Jig. Tubing diameters are easy adjusted from 1.25, 1.375 and 1.5. No matter your style or design this jig will adjust to fit your needs. Long, short, low or tall all fit in this jig. Virtually any rake and stretch combination you can think of can be built. All detailed views clearly display motor and transmission mount locations and other critical dimensions of frame components. Including forward control mounts and axle plates.

FAQ-
Question: Are any of the blueprints available in a digital form?
Answer: No... Currently the blueprints are only available in the printed form.
Question: Are there any frame of jig blueprints for Twin-Cam or Sportster engines?
Answer: No. Both Twin-Cam and Sportster engine designs will not fit in this style frame or jig.
Question: What engines will fit the current frame designs?
Answer: Standard 'EVO' design engines only. The engine mounts are designed to fit the Knucklehead (1936-1947), the Panhead (1948-1965), the Shovelhead (1966-1985) and the Evolution (1984-1999). This configuration is the engine separate from the transmission.
NOTICE: The Twin Cam 88 (1999-Present) and Twin Cam 88B (2000-Present) have a DIFFERENT mount design. This configuration is the engine is attached to the transmission. And a third design and mount configuration is the Evolution Engine (2001-Present). The Twin Cam and Evolution engine designs are not yet supported.
Question: Is the engine and/or transmission offset in any of the frame designs?
Answer: No... The engine and transmissions mounts are not offset for the stock / centered location. Offset of the transmission to accommodate wide tire designs is limited to the transmission offset plate. The is a separate mounting plate that attaches the transmission to the frame.
Question: How do you make the frame street legal?
Answer: Your local DMV will require various paperwork, including a MSO (Manufactures State of Origin) for the frame, when titling and licensing your finished vehicle.
