Please also note all orders are shipped via our warehouse located in Zephyrhills, Florida.  All shipments sent to addresses in Florida do not need to request expedited shipping services due to the fact you will receive your order usually within 1 day.

*If UPS is chosen, they do not ship to PO Box address.

Please note, sales tax is charged on all shipments within the state of Florida.

Return Information:

Detail Net is committed to providing our buyers with the best customer service.  Below is a check list to easily ensure that your package will be returned in the most efficient manner.

1.  In the event that you may need to return an item for an ordering error, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your package.  All UNOPENED/UNUSED returned orders will assessed a 20% restocking fee.  Orders that are not brought to our attention within 7 days are non-refundable.    Detail Net can be notified immediately by email or using our toll line at 800 dash 343 dash 0055.  *Please note:  Detail Net is not responsible for any shipping charges for returned packages.

2.  Once you have the item properly packaged and ready for shipping, you can either:

• Drop your package off at a local USPS or a UPS drop box or UPS store. To find a UPS drop off location visit their website.  Or,
• Call UPS for a pick-up at 800-742-5877

3.  All returned packages must be received in our warehouse with the original invoice or packaging slip included and with sufficient packing to prevent damage during transit.

4.  Once we receive your returned package, credit will be issued in the manner paid within ten business days of our receipt.
