Refunds or Returns...we don't give them.  However, in the very few instances that something happens like we grossly misrepresent an item (and if you misinterpret a picture, that is not us misrepresenting) the decision will be wholly and completely ours whether this occurred.  If we do return, we do not reimburse for shipping nor for return shipping.
3. We love to give positive feedback...please...do the same.
4. We ship internationally, but, we are not responsible for tariffs or taxes that are involved.  This is up to the buyer.  Please don't ask us to lie on customs forms.
5. ALSO...WE DON'T KNOW WHAT THE POST OFFICE DOES WITH PACKAGES ONCE THEY HAVE THEM OR WHY SOMETIMES IT TAKES 2 DAYS IN ROUTE OR SOMETIMES 10 DAYS...PLEASE DON'T GET UPSET WITH US FOR THE TIME THE POST OFFICE TAKES FOR SHIPPING.
6. We do not handle warranties, repairs or anything for any product that we sell.  We are not agents of these products.  All of that information and help is handled through the manufacturer.
   
7. PAYMENT DUE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF WINNING BID.  WE SHIP 3 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER RECEIVING CLEARED PAYMENT.
