Cornwell Tools 3/8" drive universal joint adaptor.  This is an awesome vintage piece of hardware in beautiful condition. Chrome surface has an amazing finish with no rust. Model # J - 2 is stamped on tool.  There are no owners' marks, and this is a barely used (but not abused), quality name brand tool. A great tool at a greatly discounted price! Cornwell Tools Mfg.
