All orders are carefully packaged and dispatched using only reputable courier agents to ensure your order arrives with you as quickly as possible in the best possible condition.

International Orders:

Due to rising customs charges we regret to inform our customers we are unable to ship to the following locations:

- Russia
- Northern Cyprus
- Canaries Islands
- Balearic Islands

Shipping to Islands will require more postage i.e. Sicily / Sardinia

We are able to ship to Malta however please be aware this may be subject to a surcharge. Please contact us for more details regarding this.

Please be aware we will not be held responsible for any customs charges or other additional fees. If you are unsure whether such fees will apply please don't hesitate to contact us before placing your order. If you refuse to pay customs or other charges due on your order please note any refund provided will be less the total additional + any shipping costs for the return of your order to us.

Please be aware that we strongly advise all items are installed by a qualified auto mechanic. Any parts not installed professionally will NOT be covered under our specified warranty or returns policy. We will NOT be held responsible for any labour or other garage fees.

We recommend all our parts be fitted by qualified persons to ensure correct installation and compatibility. We do not however accept any liability for the costs involved in this.

We shall not be held liable for labour costs incurred relating to incompatibility or product failure.

All labour costs are incurred as part of an agreement between you and your chosen garage and as such, any labour charge disputes should be handled between those parties concerned. We recommend thoroughly checking compatibility of products on receipt before commencing installation.

This does not affect your warranty where applicable or your statutory rights.

We aim to process returns within 48 business hours of receipt of the return, but please allow up to 7 days for any exchange / refund. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return item to us in an un-used state in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase and we'll give you a refund or exchange minus postage costs. Any returns after this time may be subject to a restocking fee. Please note you MUST contact us for a returns form and returns number before returning any part. This way your return can be logged and processed promptly once it arrives back.
