This is for 1.5 yds. of a truly Magnificent DARK, DARK MIDNIGHT NAVY SATIN Fabric. This is a fabulous quality Medium to Heavy weight synthetic (likely a poly-blend) fabric. Beautiful Low Lustre/Sheen satin for tailoring or some draping. It almost borders on a "duchess" satin, but not as stiff. The backing is similar to a taffeta weave but without as much "rustle". This Navy is so dark, that we debated whether it was black or navy, and everyone (finally) agreed it was navy. Or black wth a navy cast (if there is such a thing). 57" width 1.5 yards will come as a continuous piece. We have many colors & weights of satin & poly-silks listed (and not listed). This is beautiful fabric for special occasion dresses, bridal attendants, mother of the bride or groom, prom, suits, jackets, pants & more.
