We accept payment of PayPal and all major UK visa and debit cards.
All items are manufactured by Wall Smart Designs in the UK (A Trade Mark Company registered by OHIM throughout Europe), we use only the highest quality vinyl to make your wall art and printed garments. In the full colour range of wall stickers we use Roland Eco Solvent inks and only the best digital media. We do not disclose the makes of our materials but we will happily message any info you require about them. This is just our way of protecting ourselves from competitors.
If there is a fault with the design then you must provide photographic evidence of the unused product. If for any reason you used the design and then notice a fault then we cannot except responsibility as this could have occured when you were installing it. We recommend that you check the design before making a start with the installation.
Please understand that personalised items cannot be returned unless we have made an error.

Our free UK delivery service is with Royal Mail 48
This chosen shipping method takes 2-3 working days. Busy periods may take longer especially bank and seasonal holidays .Someone will need to be at home to receive the majority of our items as they are delivered in postal tubes or boxes and cannot fit through your letter box, if you are not in when they try to deliver your parcel then Royal Mail should leave you a "while you were out card" with the information of it's where abouts. At times Royal Mail do forget to leave this valuable card so if you could kindly contact your local mail sorting office it could be waiting for you there. Unfortunately at times items do get lost in the mailing system and Royal Mail advise that nothing can be done until after 14 days has passed the expected delivery date. If you have followed all the above and still have not received your item then please contact us.
Next Day Special Delivery Royal Mail Guaranteed by 1pm Mon-Fri service only.
If you choose this method of delivery your item will be with you in 2 working days from the purchased date. Next day delivery does not mean that you will receive the parcel the very next day from the purchase date but from the actual dispatch date. These items are insured up to the value of £50. You will need to be in to receive the item as you/someone will have to sign for the item. If no one is at home then you will have to contact your local mail sorting office and it should be waiting for you there. If for any reason you cannot collect the item and it is returned to us then you will have to pay fee again if you wish for it to be delivered back to you. please not that this service is non refundable.
International Shipping with Royal Mail: Air Mail
We personally recommend that you use a Signed for or Airsure delivery to insure and protect your items from loss/theft or damage.
Standard overseas shipping is a buget postal method sent via Air Mail the average delivery time is 10 working days but can actually take up to 28 working days. If the esimated delivery time has exceeded 28 days then please contact us so we can chase the item up for you. Please understand that items can be lost in the mailing system and to avoid any delays to choose a more prestige method of postage.
International Shipping Royal Mail Airsure:
This is our most recommend method of postal sercive overseas. It is fast, efficent and items can be tracked up to your door with our tracking information. Unfortunately we do not always upload the tracking information to you but if you send us a message with your house name/number, post/zip code and Country wewill send the information over via eBay message. All items are insured to the value of £50 if lost, stolen or damaged.Please note: If you require a delivery to a PO Box this method cannot be used.
