We ship to the UK and Worldwide. We ship same day or next day depending on the time of day your order is received.

UK shipping:
All UK postage is free and items are sent by Royal Mail Standard 1st class post. You can also upgrade to 1st class Recorded delivery at a cost of £1.99 or select Royal Mail Special Delivery for guaranteed next working day delivery before 1pm at a cost of £6.49

Europe & the rest of the world:
All items are sent to Europe & the rest of the world by Royal Mail International Signed for service at a one off cost of £9.00. This includes multiple orders. International delivery times usually depend on the location, but approxiamately 5 days for Europe, 7-10 days for the United States & 7-15 days for Australia.

We dispatch hundreds of parcel a week and as our valued customer, you can be assured that you are our first and foremost priority, we take our customer satisfaction very seriously.

If for any reason you are unhappy with the product, you can return it for a refund. Buyers are responsible for the return postage costs. Returns are accepted within 30 days provided the care instructions still attached, unworn and in all of its original retail packaging as received. If the care instructions are removed or the hair is not returned as received in all of its packaging, i.e. net and polybag, or has signs of being worn or cut, then it will be ineligable for return and will be sent back to you. Can you also enclose a brief note of your name, address & Ebay user ID, and I will process your refund when it arrives.

Please request a return through your ebay account to initiate the returns procedure.

FREE COLOUR SWAP: If you have ordered the wrong colour simply return the item back to us with a note of what you would like in exchange and we will post you a replacement

FREE OF CHARGE: (This applies to the UK only) All postage and packaging costs are non refundable. Buyers are responsible for postage and packaging costs incurred in returning the item unless there is a manufacturing fault.

We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage by the Post Office unless you have opted for a recorded delivery option at the checkout.

Senders return address labels are used on every packet dispatched, so if an item does go astray, it should be returned to us by the Post Office.
