HOW MANY OXYGEN ABSORBERS SHOULD I USE?: Great question! In general for a 5-gallon bag, you should use a 2000cc oxygen absorber. If you are storing less dense food like pasta, you should use 2 2000cc absorbers. For a 1-gallon bag, you should use a 300cc oxygen absorber. For less dense food, you should use 2 300cc oxygen absorbers. The 1000cc oxygen absorbers included with this lot are 'overkill', but doesn't your food deserve the best?
