Return Policy


If you change your mind within 7 Days of receipt for any reason please let us know. To qualify, the product must be returned in an as new condition with the tag. Once we receive your returned item a refund will then be issued. Please note: Shipping charges are none refundable. Returns will always be accepted for defective products or if the item is found not to be as described or is the wrong item (as long as we are notified within 2 working days), either a refund will be given or replacement sent out on receipt of the returned item, this will be dependent on the stock level of the item. Return post and packing will be at the cost of the purchaser. Normal shipping charges will apply to replacements or exchanges, but we will not charge shipping if the item was defective or the incorrect item was originally sent. Note it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the item is sufficiently packed to ensure safe return carriage; otherwise the cost of any damage caused may be deducted from the refund. Refunds will not be automatically issued for undelivered items as an investigation would need to be done with the carrier - this can take up to 30 days. In the meantime if you require the item please purchase a replacement and once the investigation is concluded and the item is deemed as "Lost" a full refund will be issued.
