Diamante Rhinestone DIY Iron on T Shirt Design Sparkly Crystals words

HOW TO APPLY YOUR DIY Iron on T Shirt Design

Very easy to apply
(NOT suitable for children, as HOT iron use is required)

1) First place a t-shirt, or item you wish to embellish, on a hard surface (ie Your ironing board).
2) Peel, the motif off the packing paper. Place it on the t-shirt, in a position of your choice.
3) Check you're happy with the position. If you're not then you can reposition it as you want.
4) Once you're happy with that get a hot iron and cover it with a piece of paper, handkerchief or a tea towel. This is to protect the t-shirt and the diamante rhinestones.
5) Apply hot heat for 15/20 seconds on the motif. Don't rub across with the iron as this can move the crystals and damage the design.
6) When you apply heat, it's always good to apply a little bit of pressure so that the heat travels down through the crystals and then the glue on the base. Once you have applied enough heat, let the plastic cover sheet cool for about 10 to 15 seconds to ensure the glue is stuck well and dried on the t-shirt. Then very slowly at one corner gently peel this backing film away to reveal your finished garment design.
NB: - If you feel the crystals are coming off, that shows that not enough heat has been applied use the iron to apply a bit more heat.
