Apart from the premium service shipping costs the price you bid is the price you pay, we don’t add on extras, like PayPal supplements, or ADD VAT on auction prices like some others.
We operate within the DTI regulations;(as should all internet traders) which allows a 7 day "cooling off period" for all "distance sales" i.e. Mail order, Internet sales etc. However, goods returned under this protection, must be returned in an "as new, unused condition" it must also be with prior arrangement with ourselves, you are also responsible for return carriage.

Refunds are dealt with on a case by case basis. If the reason for the refund is our fault in anyway a full refund including shipping is made immediately. If a buyer purchases in error, we need to recover our eBay listing and selling fees - this will be negotiated with the buyer. If the wrong item is bought and shipped, the correct product where possible will be offered and shipping will need to be repaid. Where this is not possible, a refund will be made minus the shipping and eBay costs.
