Return Policy
We will be happy to accept returns for any unwanted items within 30 days from the date of delivery. Due to the nature of the items that we sell unwanted returned items must be unused/unworn. A refund will be given minus the initial postage and packing charge.
In the unlikely event that the item you receive has been damaged in transit to you or is faulty we will provide a full refund including the intial postage and packing charge and will also reimburse you for returning the item to us via Royal Mail. Usually a picture will be fine rather than having to return a faulty item. Please advise us immidiatley with regards to faulty/damaged items via Ebay messaging service.

If you receive the product ordered within a reasonable timeframe and are happy with your product and our service levels, can we ask that you leave us 5-Star ratings for all, anything below this will effect our DSR and reduce the discounts we receive from eBay on seller fees. If our customers don't complete the star-rating section when leaving feedback, the Detailed Seller Rating for the transaction defaults to zero. Again, these discounts are crucial to us if we are to keep our costs down and pass on more savings to you and other members.
When things go wrong
While we strive for 100% customer satisfaction - we ARE human and make mistakes like everyone else.
Giving instant negative or neutral feedback because of any dissatisfaction without any communication at all is not the best way to solve the problem.

We try our best to answer your questions in a timely manner and during office hours we mostly respond within 1 hour but never longer than 1 Business Day. If you ask a question and do not get any response during our Business Hours, please try again, and if you still did not get any response it is likely that either that we didn't receive your e-mails or you do not get our e-mail answers. Please note we are a business and our normal working time is Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm. Orders placed late Friday afternoon or over the weekend, will be processed on Monday mornings. This listing is for a pair of Austrian Crystal Studex Sensitive Cubic Zirconia earrings on card in either a Gold Plated or Stainless Steel finish with the added option of either a presentation pouch for 50p, or an official Studex box for £1.
Please be wary of other sellers on eBay using pictures of larger sized earrings to represent the smaller earrings. We do our upmost to represent our products as accurately as possible so that you are happy with your purchase. The earrings in our images are taken on the display card and reflect more accurately the earrings you will receive. For reference, the card size is approx. 48mm high and 30mm wide.
We recommend using a ruler to see in millimeters yourself how big or small the earrings are going to be to determine the perfect size for you.

Where possible, additional purchases paid for on the same invoice are shipped FREE of charge to both our UK and International customers. We do not make any profit from our postage charges, they are set at a level needed to cover our costs.
