ANTIQUE PRINT LITTLE GIRLS PLAYING FALLEN LEAF FAIRY TALE ARTHUR RACKHAM 1906
Arthur Rackham lived from 1867-1939 British Artist.
I contacted the Arthur Rackham Society and they were so kind as to provide me with this information:
http://www.korzendorfer-bick.com/ I contacted the store and they informed me that their first store opened in 1898 and was sold in approx 1948. The company then moved down the street to new locations over the years. They framed both prints and originals and still do. So, based on what the store told me, this print must have been purchased PRIOR TO 1948.

My Father purchased this piece at an Estate Sale more than 30 years ago. He's had it hanging on the wall in his home ever since.
Measures approximately: 15.25" wide x 11.25" tall OVERALL INCLUDING FRAME
Condition: There are dots of some kind when I look up close with a loop (I will try to take a close up photo)--I was told that these dots may have been a part of the antique paper used and not dots from a print like we know in modern times. Print is in an obviously antique frame. Framed by KORZENDORFER-BICK PICTURE & FRAME CO. 307 OLIVE STREET ST. LOUIS--according to sticker on back of frame. Very light colors of green, pale pink, maybe a pale orange color, maybe some grays and browns. ***PLEASE NOTE***I DID NOT OPEN THE BACK OF THE FRAME. IF YOU WANT ME TO DO SO, PLEASE EMAIL ME. I AM CONCERNED THAT IF I OPEN THE BACK, I MAY RUIN IT.
Item sold "AS-IS"--see photos. Please ask questions prior to bidding. NO RETURNS-NO REFUNDS.
Please make payment within 5 days of Bid Acceptance. Thank you.
