DELIVERY:
After dispatching your radiator, a tracking number will be provided to you and also you will be informed about how many days needed to receive your radiator. No Po Box please. If no one will be home during delivery time, please let us know so we can ask courier to leave a note at front of your door.
WARRANTY:
*This radiator comes with 12 month/unlimited KM warranty.
*The cooling system must be thoroughly flushed.
*Check electrolysis. This task can be carried out in any workshop and basically the cost is free. I know in some cases a new radiator was failed in just three weeks.
REFUND & EXCHANGE:
If you ordered the wrong radiator or need a replacement unit under the warranty, we will exchange the goods or refund the purchase price, but not the postage and any other cost.
