Payment

Payments are accepted via PayPal, including debit/credit card transactions, allowing greater protection for our customers. The item(s) will be shipped as soon as the payment has been cleared.

Shipping

The item(s) will be shipped within one working day (Monday – Friday) after receiving payment.

92% of parcels arrive within 1-2 working days.

We use Royal Mail next / one working day delivery OR Other 48 hrs courier services.

If you are unavailable to accept your purchase it will be returned to your local courier sorting office. If your purchase is not collected within 3 weeks the package will be returned to us, we will then require you to repay the original postage cost to resend the item to you, or a refund can be given, minus the original postage costs.

Returns

We provide all customers with a 28 day money back guarantee on any item from the date received, given that it is in its original unused condition, with all tags and labels attached. As the customer you are responsible for the care of the goods whilst they are in your possession.

We would recommend the use of tracked/insured delivery service as a refund cannot be given for items lost in transit.

Please obtain a certificate of postage from the post office to insure the item, as responsibility for lost returning parcels is the buyers’.

Exchanges

If you realise that you require a different variation of the same item(s), simply return the item for an exchange. However, if you want a different item then you will have to return the unwanted item and place a new order.
