Gently remove the hair from the plastic sleeve then holding the hair from the top with your hand and gently driving your hand to the bottom of the extensions can determine the thickness and shedding. This will also allow you to feel the hair and the colour can be visually inspected. Contact us if the hair is not suited or colour is not right as we can refund or exchange.

Due to hygienic reasons we will only exchange or refund items that have gold bindings intact as this indicates the hair has not been worn

Send the hair back to the return address on the satchel along with a note with your eBay username, once we receive the hair we will notify you and organise a refund minus $10

To exchange an item send the hair back with a note with your username and colour you require, we will RTS (return to sender) the package for exchanges
