This is a vintage sterling charm of a powder horn or hunting horn.  There is a yellow colored stone set on it; I don’t know whether the stone is a real gemstone.  The charm is unmarked sterling, and has a good patina.  It measures just over 1/2 of an inch high and 3/4 of an inch at its widest and weighs 1.7 grams.
