***Please note*** These are not genuine "Indespension" units which have either painted or zinc plated bodies and have only got 6-hole mounting plates and taper roller bearings, these are a massive upgrade made in the UK by Knott Avonride with Mono Block sealed bearings, hot dipped galvanised bodies and SOLID steel drop arms which are far more resistant to bending and corrosion.
1 pair Mono Block bearing 4 x 4" pcd hubs complete with wheel nuts and a proper steel hub cap.
We have always been able to offer a 100mm pcd hub with mono block bearings, but now we can offer the same item but with 4 pcd hubs, made to our design.
The reasons we have gone for mono block bearings are:
They are sealed for life bearings so require no maintenance unlike taper roller bearings that require regular cleaning and re-greasing.
They last longer than taper roller bearings due to being a much more solid design and build.
They run a lot better than taper roller bearings at high speeds, so perfect for motorways.
They run smoother than taper roller bearings, so much better on long journeys.
Genuine Knott-Avonride KQ14 pressed steel coupling head rated to 1400kg.
1 pair high quality 10 " plastic mudguards that are flexible with better crack resistance.
1 pair 10" wheels with 500-10 6 ply tyres with a load capacity of 425 kg each.
1 secondary coupling, a legal requirement on unbraked trailers.
All these parts are the best quality we can get, we don’t simply go for the cheapest parts unlike some other sellers.
