Delivery
We aim to ship all goods within 1 working day of cleared payment. Large items may take a little longer.
A Tracking Number will be emailed to you as soon as your item is shipped.
Please make sure you specify a delivery address that somebody will be available at to sign for your goods. We are unable to re-direct your consignment without making an additional charge. If you are not at the delivery address you have specified when Parcelforce call, they will leave you a card letting you know they have tried to deliver and a contact number for your nearest depot. You can then call them to arrange an alternative date or collect in person.
If any of the contents appear to be damaged, the package must be signed for as 'DAMAGED' and we must be notified IMMEDIATELY.
