Edge / Border

Your canvas will have an extra 2 inch white canvas edge all the way around the image.  If you order a 40" x 60" print, the actual canvas size will be 44" x 64" giving you 2 inches on all sides to stretch your print around a stretcher bar frame.  The printed image will be 40" x 60".

The Image

The image you see will be printed on the highest quality canvas available. Please be aware that because the image is printed on textured canvas, it will not be as sharp as what you see on your computer screen, but it will still look amazing. Colors you see can vary slightly due to the different settings of computer monitors. Keep in mind your monitor is backlit, a canvas print is not. 

Imperfections

Original artwork reprints may contain marks that look like cracks, water spots, paper folds, tattered edges and other imperfections. These are not mistakes. We do not Photoshop away imperfections that appear in the originals. We reprint the work as it appears in its current state.

What is Giclée?

Giclée(pronounced "zhee-CLAY") is a fine art term that refers to high-resolution prints on archival paper or canvas. Giclée prints are created by professional inkjet printers spraying millions of droplets of ink onto the media. It is the highest standard of printing using the best technology available. Giclée printing maintains the most tonal depth while producing the widest range of colors possible.

Shipping

We normally ship 1 to 5 business days after your order is placed.  Your item is custom made to order. When your print is ready for shipment it is securely packaged and typically sent via USPS Priority Mail.  Smaller prints may be sent via USPS First Class Mail.  All shipments will require a signature for delivery, no exceptions.  If you are not home when the carrier attempts delivery, you will have to schedule re-delivery or pick the item up at the post office.  No refunds issued if the print is returned to us because you did not take delivery.

Returns Policy

  PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!
Return for refund within 14 days of receipt on defective or damaged items only please.  Buyer to pay return shipping.  No refunds for misreading / not reading the listing.  We inspect our prints carefully before shipping and rarely, if ever, have a problem.  Please buy locally if you are trying to closely match a specific color.  Sorry, no returns because you "changed your mind", you "decided on something else", you incorrectly measured your space, etc.  Your print is custom made to order which means it is produced specifically for you.  We cannot accept returns and keep in stock the thousands of print/size combinations we have.  Be reasonably certain you are buying what you want before ordering from us.  Your responsible buying helps us keep our doors open.  Thank you.
