This is a brand new TS705a Canon printer: a fast, easy-to-use high performance photo printer. This
printer works perfectly with our edible ink and papers to produce personalised
cake toppers and edible images.
Our kit comes with many free templates which are compatible on any computer through ANY version of Microsoft PowerPoint.
We have designed our templates on this Microsoft programme as most
people have some knowledge on using Microsoft products. here are a few of the
templates.
It is also accessible through OpenOffice, a FREE programme, easily downloadable and with no limits, which
does a similar job to Microsoft Office.
All our edible inks are manufactured in Germany, and comply with current EU regulations - food hygiene standards. The full list of EU approved ingredients can be found on the bottle labels and wafer paper packs, with a use by date. Health certificate supplied
Because
the viscosity of all edible inks on the market are thicker than normal dye based
inks, to prevent ink drying in the heads - all edible inks should be used on a
regular basis and regular flushing of the print head with edible ink cleaning
solution will extend the life of the print head

We are happy to accept change of mind returns, as long as the items are complete and returned unused to us, in the same condition as you received them. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns of used non-faulty items. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to return any unused items for a full refund up to 14 days after receiving the item. We ask that customers contact us before returning any items; you may be issued with a RMA (return merchandise authorisation) number to help speed up your refund. We recommend using a signed-for delivery service for returns. If you receive a damaged or incomplete order, please keep both the packaging and the items you have received - if we need to make a claim from our courier for missing items, we will need the packaging for this. We have the utmost confidence in our products, but if you do have any difficulty then please contact us. Our priority is always to help you get set up, and our first recourse in these situations is to offer support through eBay messages or email. This warranty covers repair, and replacement parts, but does not cover any cost incurred in returning items to us for repair.
