NO RESERVE. 1/72 WWII German Sd.Kfz. 231 (8 Rad) 8-Wheeled Armored Car (known as a "Schwerer Panzerspahwagen" by the Germans, which translates as "heavy armored reconnaissance vehicle"), 13th Panzer Division, USSR, 1943.
An interesting feature of the 231 Series of 8-Wheeled Armored Cars is they had independent steering for all of their wheels.
These Altaya models typically come on a black or grey plastic base with a clear acrylic dust cover, all of which are packed in a flexible plastic lid attached to a cardboard backing. This series of models was initially sold as subscription pieces in Europe and this sort of packaging is used to better protect them when mailed.

At the time that Altaya announced the initial pieces of its "Blindes de Combat" Series of Armored Fighting Vehicles of the World, which was the follow-on to their Panzer Collection, they indicated that the Panzer Collection would stop at #PC 60. However, they subsequently added five more models, numbering PC 61 through PC 65, and including the model being offered under this listing.
