Some buildings have very little subfloor ventilation. Inadequate underfloor ventilation can lead to an accumulation of moisture in the sub floor. This in turn can cause structural and health problems for the home and it’s occupants.
The most common reason for inadequate under floor ventilation is that there not enough vents, or they are too small for the size and layout of building. Building extensions, building location and soil type can all contribute to problems in the subfloor.
Quite often companies will charge thousands of dollars to install a suitable sub floor system. Our pre packaged sub floor kits are designed to be easy to install, as the fan comes with a flex and plug. Customers often find its a great alternative without compromising quality.
This underfloor kit is specifically designed for areas of up to 200 cubic meters.

1X 200-150 Reducer
1x External Wall Vent
1x 24hour Timer (The timer is plugged into a standard power point)
1x Flex & Plug (The fan is then plugged into the timer)

The majority of our orders are sent via door-to-door couriers. If you require a PO BOX delivery, please let us know prior to ordering, as this may incur an additional freight cost. Items will not ship until payment has been received in full.Please also remember to provide us with delivery instructions (eg if not at home leave at front door etc). It is important that we provide our courier with specific instructions in writing. Once payment has been received your order will be dispatched promptly. Freight may take up to 10 days to remote areas (eg WA, NT etc). It will be considerably less to most other areas – however please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
