T-HANDLE PIN PUNCH

JENKINS-CUSTOM supplies specialty tool products designed specifically for gunsmiths and gun enthusiasts. JENKINS-CUSTOM T-handle Pin and Roll-pin Punches are designed to provide a more comfortable and safer alternative for the removal of assembly pins used in polymer-body semi-automatic pistols and some shotguns. The ergonomic handle provides improved control over the punch tool and allows the user to exert more force than is possible using the OEM pin removal tools supplied by the firearm manufacturer. This enables the removal of “sticky” pins, which may be worn or deformed and require more force than expected to dislodge. (Damaged pins should be replaced before reassembling the firearm.) JENKINS-CUSTOM T-handle Pin and Roll-pin Punches can often eliminate the need to drive out pins by hammering using a conventional punch. This significantly reduces the risk of accidentally marring the firearm's finish or causing damage to the pin or gun frame.

JENKINS-CUSTOM offers one basic handle shape in different sizes, along with an assortment of punch sizes, in two basic tip configurations to suit your firearm's requirements. Tip sizes for the standard pin punch design are 1/16” (1.5mm), 3/32” (2.5mm), 1/8” (3mm), 5/32” (4mm) and 3/16” (5mm). Tip sizes for the roll-pin punch design are 5/32” (4mm), 3/16” (5mm) and 7/32” (6mm). JENKINS-CUSTOM T-handle Pin and Roll-pin Punches are made from high-quality hardened steel. Handle shape is square design.
