Delivery
All items are despatched by either Royal Mail or Courier depending on size, value and weight.
We pack orders daily and aim to ship orders same day if paid for by 2pm or next working day if paid after 2pm or over the weekend.

We are pleased to offer a 30 day no quibble returns policy on all items excluding perishable goods such as food or flowers, or items that have been measured/made to order (no returns on confectionery or cut ribbons).
