Philadelphia Railway Supply Agency No. 116 Walnut St. corner card advertisement with February 2 Philadelphia CDS and pair of 1857 three cent stamps (Sc. 26, type III) tied by a circular grid obliterator.  Stamps appear to be without fault and are pleasantly centered for the issue.

Neat, tidy and unreduced cover despite noted faults.  Several ink smears likely from when letter addressed.  A couple of light age spots at right (mostly lower right).  Part of back flap missing.  See images in listing.
