We are happy to accept returns if you are not happy with an item BUT>> It must come back in the same condition it went out with all packaging. We are unable to refund any postage costs. Thank you
SCAMMERS
Any buyer who tries to scam us in anyway will be reported to the police and to Ebay. This included saying an item has not been delivered when it has been or sending back an item that you bought elsewhere and claiming it was bought from us. All our items are coded so we know they are ours. Scamming is a crime and can end with a prison sentance.
POSTING
We post items out as quickly as possible via the stated method,We can normally upgrade your postage at extra cost if you need something urgently, please let us know before you pay.
We can normally do a discount if you buy more than one item. Please email us first for a quote or just bid and we will send an invoice with discounted postage. Please do not pay for each item and then ask for a refund as this is not possible.
Postage to Northern Island, Islands and Highlands may be more expensive if it is a larger item so please check before bidding. Any item which is not listed as being sent via Royal mail, may have an extra charge.
We do not post to Russia or the Canary islands..Sorry.
COLLECTIONS
If you wish to collect an item you must email us before bidding, unless it states in the description that it is for collection. All collections must be made within 7 days. If you can`t collect within this time, please let us know. We are a reasonable bunch :-) If you are collecting an item you may not pay by paypal, with the exception of a deposit. All items are sent signed for. We will only accept Paypal as a payment. we may accept a bank transfer for more expensive items. We do not accept overseas cheques, Euros or any funny money
