Payment
Our payment preference is for Paypal, as this, free to you, the purchaser, and enables us to dispatch the goods quicker.
Shipping
Items paid by Paypal will usually be dispatched within 24/48 hours.
There is no shipping of items on non working days.
We reserve the right to ship items by the most efficient and economical method.
Insurance on shipping is offered as standard on most of our sales, A proof of dispatch will always be obtained.
Terms of Sale
If any faults, other than that described, become apparent within 12 Months from the date of purchase, you will be offered a replacement, or a refund.
All the original packaging, accessories, and copy of the receipt must be returned.
We will require you to obtain a returns authorisation from us, and this must be included with the returned item.
This applies to defects in manufacture and not damage or misuse.
In the unlikely event of items being returned for a refund, they must be complete with all packing and accessories, a charge will be levied to cover these costs if not returned complete.
We will apply a £10 re-stocking charge if the item returned is not faulty.
