Return period for test and electrical equipment is 90 days from date received all other items have a 30-day return period.
If you receive a delivery and the item is damaged please notify the carrier immediately. If the item received is damaged the buyer has three (3) days to notify us and to open a return request/claim for damaged goods. We insure all items over $100 so if something is received damaged please keep all packaging material with the unit to assist us in filing a claim with the carrier.
