You are buying 1 x 3mm (8g) Curved Barbell with 2 x 8mm Balls - you choose the Length (photo shows 2 barbells for illustration only, if you need 2 please buy a quantity of 2)
These barbells are internally threaded so more comfortable to insert into the piercing.
