Shipping and handling
Buyers please expect that the shipping time may vary depending on the destinations. For US buyer, shipping may take 10-14 days or more; for other international buyers, shipping may take from 14-28 days or more; for Brazil buyers, shipping may take from 21-75 days or more which depends on the service of the Hong Kong Post and the destinations' custom and postal service.
All products will be processed from our warehouse within 3 business days (except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) after the payment is accepted and cleared.
All products are shipped by Hong Kong Post by air. Delivery and processing time by post office may vary which depends on the country and custom of destinations.
We do not provide tracking number since Hong Kong Post requires an additional fee for tracking number service. If you would like to include a tracking number, buyer needs to pay $2.00 for the tracking. Also, please mark a note to request while completing the ebay check out process for this additional service. For buyers who purchase more than 3 items under one transaction, we will provide a free tracking number service.

Returns and exchange
We only accept returns and exchange for unopened and unused items. Returns and exchange only accepted if the item is damage during shipping process, please keep the item unopened and unused and send us an email within 14 days after receiving the item. Return postage will be covered by customer and the exchange postage will be covered by the seller. Exchange product will be issued once the returned product is shipped.
