Directions for Deep Therapy Kit.
There are two different methods for attaching your deep therapy magnets to your body surface area. Note that the position of the magnets should always be placed with the dimpled side toward the skin.
1. Using Adhesive disks – you may apply the magnets to your body with the supplied adhesive disks directly to your skin. Remove the backing from the adhesive disk and place the magnet in the center of the adhesive disk with the dimpled side of the magnet positioned so that it will be against your skin when the adhesive disk is applied. To enhance the sticking power of the adhesive disk you may wipe the skin area with rubbing alcohol and let dry before applying the adhesive disk and magnet. After removing the backing from the adhesive disk and positioning the magnet on the disk, then stick the adhesive disk (with the magnet) onto the body area where you would like to apply the magnetic therapy. You may leave this magnet in place until the adhesive disk starts to come loose, requiring you to reapply the magnet with another adhesive disk.
2. Using Metal disks – you may apply the magnets to your body using the supplied metal disks in combination with your undergarments as “holders”. The metal disk is used in combination with the magnet and for example you t-shirt, with the metal disk on the outside of your t-shirt and the magnet on the inside of your t-shirt. The magnetic attraction between the magnet and the metal disk will hold the magnet on the t-shirt, and thus hold the magnet next to your skin at whatever location you place the magnet and metal disk. After deciding where you want to place the magnet on your body, and while wearing t-shirt, light garments, or undergarments place the magnet next to your skin with the dimpled side toward the skin. While holding the magnet in place with the dimpled side toward your skin, position the metal disk on the outside of the garment. The attraction of the magnet to the metal disk will hold the magnet in place.
