6) We only ship to confirmed to address on paypal

7) Please take note that shipping will take approximately 15 to 21 working days to arrive at your confirm address

8) After i ship out the parcel i will left the tracking number to your Paypal account.

9) Shipping cost is not negotiable

10) The buyer will be responsible for any import duties and taxes

Payment

2) Please payment must be received within 7 days after the auction end

3) Successful winner must notify me via email by 3 days after the end of bidding unless prior agreement or negative feedback is given immediately

Return Policy

1) All sales are FINAL

2) Due to the nature of DVD is easy to be copied, we do not accept any return or exchange unless it's defective. Defective discs can be return and exchange within 7 days of receipt in its original packaging

3) If an item is defective, we will replace the same item with free of charge if the item is currently in stock. If the same version is out of stock, different version but same title will be replace

4) Buyer responsible for the return shipping cost

5) Shipping and handling charges are non refundable

6) Buyer return defective disc to me must used "Register Airmail" with tracking number because both can trace the parcel status
