This Emergency Light lamp is a Fantastic Lamp which has two set of LED lights.

5 on top and 14 on bottom.  When lamp is plugged in to wall outlet and Switch is left on the 14 LED lamp light side, the lamp will remain charging & shall the electricity go out do to a breaker or power outage the lamp will light automatically and will light for 4+ hours on this position of 14 LED.  Should the power come back on  the light will automatically shut off again & resume charging automatically.

You can test this on your own by removing lamp from wall outlet while it is still switched on 14 Led lamp side. Light will turn on. Plug it back in and light will shut off and show a red LED to show it is charging.

If you would like to use lamp light as a flash light. you can remove it from the wall outlet. Plug is retractable, and then you can choose to use 14 LED lamp for 4 hours or you can switch to the 5 LED torch light which can last 20+ hours.

It is great for many uses, such as camping, boating, mechanical, general flashlight, etc 

Awesome for places that suffer short or long Power outages, Hurricanes, Storms, Etc Etc.

To keep your lamp always at optimun you should never discharge it fully, & if you do not have it plugged in you should charge it at least once every 3 months.
