Antique 1800’s 2.50ct Old Mine Cut Diamond & 22ct French Cut Peridot Silver & Gold Bracelet |
This rare find is in good condition, lots of patina, normal wear yet still good for generations to come. This is one of the few fine bracelets to survive from the 1800’s, it’s a real marvel to look at and lavish at this piece to get a glimpse of history. The technique, gemstone cutting styles and decoration can only add to the show of this bracelet featuring large French cut peridot gemstones accented by antique cut diamonds. We estimate these peridot to weigh approximately 22 carats total, they show good color as well as good clarity. The antique cut diamonds in this piece weigh approximately 2.50 carats; they are H to I color and SI to I clarity. These diamonds have good life and they are set around the sides of the Peridot gemstones plus the borders of each stone are milgrain decorated for a final touch. This bracelet as seen is made of silver & gold, it measures 6.7 inches (17cm) long by 14mm wide and weighs 34.4 grams.
