For the most accurate results please measure you feet.

Your bigger bare foot length (usually your right) measured from heel to the top of the big toe.

1. Whilst standing - trace the outlitne of both your feet. Use pencil to mark the top of your toe and the bottom of your heel.

2. Measure the longest distance, which is usually from the center of the heel to the tip of the big toe.

3. Using the longest measurement (from either the left or right foot) compare to the sizing chart

This footwear is designed to be work barefooted to maximize the cushioning and warmth of sheepskin.

We do not make half sizes. If you are normally a half size, the go UP half a size to a full size - see size chart below. Should you still be unsure please contacs us.

Please keep communication open and frequent if a problem does arise with payment. Your payment must be made within 4 days from the ending of the item. Please allow a few days if transferring or posting payment.

Due to currency conversions, the only payment option for buyers overseas is PayPal.

After you finish your purchase, we will organise your order to be dispatched as soon as possible.

Orders made on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched based on the next business day handling time. The courier may require a signature upon receipt of delivery.

We will endeavour to deliver the products on or before the deliver date indicated in your order confirmation, however you acknowledge that the delivery date indicated in your order confirmation is an estimate only.

We will deliver the items or products in your order confirmation to the address nominated to us for delivery of your product, as provided by you when you use the services (the delivery address).

We reserve the right to charge you for any additional costs incurred in the re-delivery of the item or products indicated in your order confirmation if the delivery address is provided to us is incorrect.

Any order cacellations may incur a 10% cancellation fee, to cover administrative overheads.

Most items are shipped withing the same or next business day with the exception of made to order items. Delivery timeframes will vary from state to state and between metro and rural locations.

Please allow a reasonable amount of time before inquiring on orders. You will be notified when when your order has been dispatched with tracking number attached and informed if on the rare acassion there is any cause for a delay.

Postage cost include handling, packaging, satchels and bubble wrap to ensure your item is delivered securely. To view postage options just scroll to the top of the page and click on "Postage and Payments". Our priority is that your item is delivered.

International Shipping

Some international orders might be subject to import taxes/duties and customs clearance fees.

For the information regarding such fees, please contact you local customs authority. Any such fees are the responsibility of the parcel recipient and are not paid by EzyShop Direct.

Certain countries may prohibit the import of specific goods or brands. If unsure whether any such restrictions apply to the destination country, please check with the local customs authorities before making a purchase. EzyShop Direct will not be responsible for any goods ceased by the customs and any associated costs as a result of those restrictions.

International shipping delivery time frame varies from country to country. Please allow 5-10 business days for UK deliveries via standard Post. For deliveries to Russia via standard post please allow at least 10-15 business days.

EzyShop Direct is commited to customer satisfaction - if you receive the merchandise and you are unhappy with it for any reason, simply return it to us within 30 days, in the condition that you have received it and in the original box/packaging with swing tags attached and we will happily exchange or refund. Please note, that additional delivery changer may apply in exchange/refund circumstances.

All producs sold by EzyShop Direct are covered by 30 days manufacturer's warranty. In the unlikely event on an item being faulty or not as per ordered, we will provide a replacement/repair at no cost to the customer.

Refunds - delivery charges are non-refundable.
