All Dufferin one and two-piece cue shafts are made of pure white 100% select solid Rock Maple straight from the forests of Canada.
Each cue blank is carefully dried and turned while straight up and down to ensure the absolute straightness of the final product - just one of the many manufacturing control processes that gives Dufferin its legendary reputation for quality.

The Dufferin Guarantee
All Dufferin cues are made from carefully selected Canadian Hard Rock Maple. Because of our reputation for legendary quality, all Dufferin cues are backed by a one (1) year guarantee against manufacturers defects.
The warranty period extends for one (1) year from the original date of purchase and is non-transferable.
Claims made after one year or claims that are not accompanied by the original receipt are subject to manufacturer approval.
This warranty excludes warpage and damage due to wear, by a third party , or resulting from abuse or mishandling.
About cue weight changes: At Nielsen's Billiards, we will try to get the cue as close as possible to the desired weight. Usually we can come within 1/10 of an ounce to the desired weight requests. Exact matches may not be possible, but we will try. We always try to do our best and keep our customers happy with prompt and courteous communication. Shipping items on the same or next business day is also a high priority as we know customers appreciate their item(s) as soon as possible. Our feedback is proof of our dedication to our customers. Please contact us if you have any questions about weight or tip changes. These Hybrid cues are available in 18.0 ounce to 21.0 ounce weight range.

SHIPPING
Continental US shipping - Buyer pays $6.95 for shipping in the continental US. Shipping will be via USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation or UPS ground if you elect and the shipment time is generally 1-4 business days depending on your location. We ship your order out the same or next business day upon receiving your payment. Most orders leave the same business day!
Non Continental US shipping - Buyer pays $6.95 for shipping in the non continental US. Shipping will be via USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation. Estimated shipment time is 3-5 days. Non continental US destinations and territories outside the Continental US include Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, APO. etc. UPS is not available to non continental US locations. APO shipments are not trackable per US military mail. Insurance is required on all APO shipments. APO shipment times can vary and are generally 7-21 business days.
International shipping - (Asia, Australia, Europe, Germany, Japan, Mexico, South America and United Kingdom) International shipping is $29.00. Shipping to Canada is $19.00. All international shipping rates are quoted using USPS First Class mail International and general delivery time for International shipments is estimated at 10-21 business days.
OPTIONAL INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - If you prefer USPS Priority mail International with tracking (which also includes insurance) simply add $10.00 to the rates stated above. (Asia, Australia, Europe, Germany, Japan, Mexico, South America and United Kingdom) Optional international Priority mail is $39.00. Optional international Priority mail to Canada is $29.00. USPS Priority Mail International estimated shipment time is 6-10 business days.
Estimated shipment times are quoted by USPS (United States Postal Service) and are generally very reliable. Some shipment times vary from USPS estimated shipment times.
